TERMS & CONDITIONS — EXPRESS CREATOR PASS:

Express Timing (Very Important)
ARRIVAL REQUIRED: You must arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled start time, ready to begin.

TIME STARTS ON THE CLOCK: Your session starts at the booked time—not at arrival.

NO EXTENSIONS: Sessions run back-to-back. Late arrivals do not receive extra time.

LOST TIME IS NOT RECOVERABLE: Any time lost due to lateness, setup, wardrobe changes, or delays cannot be recovered.

MAX 2 HOURS PER CREATOR: Express bookings are limited to 1 hour or 2 hours maximum per creator.

3+ HOURS = STANDARD RENTAL: If you need 3 hours or more, you must book Standard Studio Rental at the regular rate.

2) No Cancellations (All Sales Final)

NO CANCELLATIONS. This booking cannot be canceled.

NO REFUNDS. All payments are final once booked.

3) Group Size / Production Size

UP TO 15 PEOPLE MAX per Express booking (total people inside the studio).

MORE THAN 15 PEOPLE = STANDARD RENTAL (large productions must book Standard Studio Rental).

4) Setup & Production Rules (To Protect the Express Flow)

COME READY: Wardrobe, props, and your shot list should be ready before arrival.

NO MAJOR SET BUILDS: Express sessions do not allow large set construction or time-consuming installs.

KEEP IT MOVING: You are responsible for staying on schedule and wrapping on time.

5) Studio Care, Damages & Cleanliness

Please respect the space and equipment.

Any damage to furniture, sets, walls, lighting, or equipment will be charged.

No confetti/glitter/smoke unless pre-approved (ONLY IN +3 HOURS RENTAL).

No smoking inside the studio. (Vape Allowed)
